The Bambu Space is a welcoming Pilates and wellbeing studio in Epworth, near Doncaster. The studio offers Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates, Baby & Me Classes and specialist 1:1 sessions and movement rehabilitation sessions, acrosss the full range of classical pilates equipment. Our expert instructors provide small group. classes and personalised support to help you move with confidence, build strength and improve your wellbeing at every stage of life.

At The Bambu Space our mission is to help people move with confidence through every stage of life. We provide expert, inclusive movement tuition in a welcoming and supportive environment, empowering our community to build strength, improve wellbeing and reconnect with their bodies through personalised pilates, movement and wellbeing practices. We are a trusted movement and wellbeing destination in Epworth, Doncaster and the surrounding communities, with a passion for Pilates, Rehabilitation and Women's Health. Our main aim is to help people move well, feel strong and find space for themselves. 

Our Specialities

Discover our unique offerings at The Bambu Space. Join us for classes that cater for all fitness levels. We specialise in Fully comprehensive Pilates (Mat, Reformer, Tower, Barrels, Chair & all the small pieces too!) and Pre & Post Natal sessions, but our class offering doesn't stop there!

Breathe & Build - Mat Pilates

A dynamic, full-body workout performed on the mat, designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. This class uses bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to target muscles deeply, while also enhancing balance and coordination. Suitable for all fitness levels, Mat Pilates helps build a strong foundation, relieve tension, and promote mind-body connection. Modifications are provided, making it accessible for beginners and challenging for those looking to level up their practice.

Reformer

Balance - Reformer Pilates

Find your center and strengthen your body in our Balance Reformer Pilates class. This session focuses on improving your overall alignment, stability, and coordination using the Reformer machine. Through a combination of controlled movements and resistance training, you’ll enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture while cultivating mental focus and balance. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class will challenge your body in a safe, low-impact way, leaving you feeling centered, toned, and balanced. Perfect for anyone seeking a harmonious blend of strength and mobility.

Baby & Me Pilates

A supportive and restorative Pilates class designed for new mums to rebuild strength, improve posture, and gently ease back into fitness — all with your baby by your side! This class focuses on pelvic floor recovery, abdominal strengthening, and releasing tension in the back and shoulders. Whether your little one is resting in a car seat or playing on a mat, you'll get a safe, effective workout while connecting with other mums.  We offer Reformer, Mat, or Restore & Reconnect for early post partum. We also offer specialised 1:1s.

Baby Massage & Yoga

These gentle nurturing classes are delivered by Baby Bunnies, and are designed to support both baby and parent. In these classes you will learn soothing massaging techniques and baby yoga stretches that can help with digestion, sleep and overall wellbeing. Barre 

Our Barre class combines elements of ballet and strength training to give you a full-body workout that tones, strengthens, and sculpts your body. Using the ballet barre for support, you’ll work through a series of low-impact, high-intensity movements that focus on improving flexibility and enhancing posture. This class is designed to challenge all fitness levels, with an emphasis on small, controlled movements to target key muscle groups. Whether you’re looking to increase strength, improve endurance, or boost flexibility, our Barre class will leave you feeling empowered, energised, and toned.

Bespoke

Whether you’re looking for a personalised 1-on-1 session or a focused workout with a group of friends, our Bespoke Pilates Class is crafted to suit your needs! In a 50-minute session, we’ll tailor the workout to focus on rehabilitation, pre/post-natal recovery, mobility, or strength—whatever you need to feel your best.

If you opt for a 1:1 we can work across the full range of classical pilates equipment, including: Reformer, Tower, Ped-o-Pull, Ladder Barrel, Small Barrels, Wunda Chair and Mat with small props.

Breathwork

We offer monthly breathwork sessions with the fantastic Zen Den Belton. Dive Deep into a transformative session of breathwork, where you'll leave feeling positivity, self-connection and inner harmony.
