At The Bambu Space our mission is to empower individuals, through mindful movement and holistic wellbeing practices. We offer a diverse range of Pilates, fitness and wellness classes, designed to strengthen, restore and nourish the body and mind. We are a nurturing space where mums and individuals of all backgrounds can embrace their journey. Our inclusive and supportive community fosters self-care, confidence, health, and balance, helping our clients feel their best at every stage of life.

Breathe & Build - Mat Pilates
A dynamic, full-body workout performed on the mat, designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Balance - Reformer Pilates

Baby & Me Pilates
A supportive and restorative Mat Pilates class designed for new mums to rebuild strength, improve posture, and gently ease back into fitness — all with your baby by your side! This class focuses on pelvic floor recovery, abdominal strengthening, and releasing tension in the back and shoulders. Whether your little one is resting in a car seat or playing on a mat, you'll get a safe, effective workout while connecting with other mums.

Bump & Me Pilates
A gentle yet effective Pilates class designed specifically for expecting mothers. This session focuses on building strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility — all while prioritising the safety and comfort of you and your baby. With targeted exercises to support your changing body, you’ll also learn breathing techniques and pelvic floor activation to prepare for birth and recovery. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and all fitness levels. Nurture your body, calm your mind, and connect with other mums-to-be.

Beats - Dance Fitness
Get ready to ignite your energy and feel the rhythm in Beats! This high-energy dance fitness class combines infectious music with easy-to-follow choreography for a fun, full-body workout. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, each session is designed to get your heart pumping, boost your mood, and leave you feeling accomplished. Join us for a dynamic and exciting fitness experience that’s all about moving to the beat!

Bend - Stretch & Tone
Our Bend class is the perfect blend of flexibility and strength training. This low-impact session focuses on elongating your muscles and improving your range of motion, while also building strength through targeted toning exercises. You’ll work through a series of stretches and controlled movements to enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and improve posture. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and stronger. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, build long lean muscles, or simply unwind, Stretch and Tone is the perfect addition to your fitness routine

Barre
Our Barre class combines elements of ballet and strength training to give you a full-body workout that tones, strengthens, and sculpts your body. Using the ballet barre for support, you’ll work through a series of low-impact, high-intensity movements that focus on improving flexibility and enhancing posture. This class is designed to challenge all fitness levels, with an emphasis on small, controlled movements to target key muscle groups. Whether you’re looking to increase strength, improve endurance, or boost flexibility, our Barre class will leave you feeling empowered, energised, and toned.

Bespoke
Whether you’re looking for a personalised 1-on-1 session or a focused workout with a group of friends, our Bespoke Pilates Class is crafted to suit your needs! In a 50-minute session, we’ll tailor the workout to focus on rehabilitation, pre/post-natal recovery, mobility, or strength—whatever you need to feel your best.

Bloom - Coaching Circle
We are offering a monthly coaching circle for all mums out there. Sometimes we just need a reset and this session is for you. It will help you create a positive outlook, reduce stress & anxiety and offer you a range of mindfulness tools that you can implement into your everyday life to help with the rollercoaster that is motherhood. Sessions include: Mindfulness and self-healing, Personal Growth & Empowerment, Holistic self-care, Supportive community, Practice tools & techniques and Expert Guidance.
